Acceptance

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Use Of The Platform

• You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable agreements, and platform documentation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that users invited to your organization have appropriate permissions and comply with these Terms.
• You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the service to process unlawful or harmful content.

Accounts And Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, API credentials, device credentials, and other access controls.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident involving your account or connected systems.
• We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the platform, customer data, service availability, or legal compliance.

Customer Data

• Customer Data includes meter readings, gateway data, device information, reports, alerts, site configuration, user records, and other information submitted to or generated through the platform.
• You retain ownership of your Customer Data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, analyze, and display Customer Data to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights necessary for Customer Data and for configuration of meters, devices, gateways, users, and notification recipients.

Reports, Alerts, And Analytics

• Reports, alerts, anomaly indicators, dashboards, and analytics are provided to support operational decision-making.
• The platform does not replace professional engineering, safety, utility billing, regulatory, or financial advice.
• You should verify important outputs before relying on them for critical operational, commercial, or compliance decisions.

Availability And Changes

• We aim to provide a reliable service, but the platform may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, outages, connectivity failures, or events outside our control.
• We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves, while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption.

Fees And Commercial Terms

• Subscription fees, payment terms, usage limits, support scope, and deployment responsibilities may be set out in an order form, proposal, invoice, or separate agreement.
• If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

• SenseTrack.io, the platform software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and related technology are owned by us or our licensors.
• These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or any intellectual property rights to you.
• Feedback or suggestions may be used by us to improve the platform without restriction or obligation.

Limitation Of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
• Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the platform will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the period stated in the applicable agreement, or the minimum amount permitted by law if no agreement specifies a limit.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, payment is overdue, security is at risk, or continued use may create legal or operational harm.
